Les Arcs rises in four villages above Bourg-Saint-Maurice: Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000. Each sits on its own level of the mountain, and your private driver at Les Arcs takes you to the right one, at the right door, with your luggage carried for you.
The funicular climbs from the TGV station in 7 minutes, but it leaves you at Arc 1600 with your bags and your skis. By road it is 25 to 40 minutes to any of the villages, door to door, with no change and no waiting.

The Vanoise Express cable car links Les Arcs to La Plagne Paradiski in 4 minutes, forming one of the largest ski areas in the world on a single lift pass.
